This includes sharp and fluid movements to create a visually technical dance and style. It is usually done to up-tempo music. Body isolations, stretch, turning, leaping and technical steps are taught in this class.

This is an introduction to movement and musical skills for the pre‐kindergartner through exploratory and creative movement. Independent thinking, gross motor skills, and creative expression are focuses of the class.
This class involves a fabric apparatus that students use to climb and wrap themselves in. Students start off learning how to climb and do basic poses, eventually advancing to more difficult moves.The students will also learn circus tricks such as juggling and tumbling.
